#2 Price- If we have the proper price we create a good deal worthy of motivation.
#3 Networking-I have a proactive networking plan I give information on my properties to prominant business representatives as well as contacts in my database. This gets your house information into more hands of people who are already interested in local real estate.
#4 Advertising-I run advertisements in the newspaper as well as have my listings on three business websites and all the major websites through the MLS system.
#5 Myself- I really want to sell my listings. If I do not sell homes I do not get paid. I am motivated.
